We provide advice to national and foreign clients in matters related to their intangible assets, including copyright, trademarks, patents of invention, industrial designs and drawings, drafting of confidentiality agreements and Intellectual and Industrial Property contracts, litigation in these matters, and revocation procedures in the context of arbitrations under the rules of NIC Chile.

AMITAI LOKER
Yaniv is a lawyer graduated from Universidad Diego Portales, with a postgraduate diploma in New Technologies and Intellectual Property from Universidad de Chile, and a master’s degree in Intellectual Property and Information Society from ESADE Law School, Universitat Ramon Llull, in Barcelona, Spain.
Before establishing Amitai & Raddatz, he worked as a lawyer at the Intellectual Property Department of the Law Firm Albagli Zaliasnik until mid-2013. During the following years, he practiced law independently, advising individuals and companies in these matters.

RADDATZ MOMBERG
Cristobal is a lawyer from Universidad del Desarrollo, with a Master’s degree in Telecommunications and Computer Lawfrom Universidad de Chile, member of the Copyright and New Technologies Committee of the Chilean Association of Intellectual Property (ACHIPI). He is also member of ACHIPI and the Chilean Bar Association.
Before establishing Amitai & Raddatz, he worked as a lawyer at the Law Firm Marinovic & Cia, focusing his work on the criminal prosecution of IPR infringement offences. Between the years of 2014 and 2019, he worked as a lawyer at the Law Firm Johansson & Langlois, where he focused on Intellectual and Industrial Property matters.
